The foundations for Condor® MedTec, as it is now known, were laid in 1997 by Hermann-Josef Schulte and his wife, Maria Schulte, in a small garage. It was the start of a great  success story. Over the past 20 years, the company has grown from a two-person start-up, to a successful mid-sized company with affiliated partner companies, such as Condor® Custom Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. Today, more than 40 employees are involved in planning, developing and implementing the products, so that our customers can benefit from technological progress in the form of individually tailored solutions of proven quality. As a full-range supplier and the German market leader in the field of surgical retractor systems, it offers a convincing range of medical technology. Condor supplies teaching clinics and hospitals all over the world with highprecision instruments.
