The autoclaves (laboratory sterilizers) from Systec specially developed for laboratory sterilization applications, makes processes safer, easier, accurate, reproducible and validatable. The autoclaves can be used in all laboratory applications, even in demanding sterilization processes: the sterilization of liquids (such as nutrient and culture media), solids (such as instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (destructive sterilization of liquid waste in bottles, or solid waste in destruction bags) and biological hazards in safety laboratories.

Utilizing a chamber volume from 40 to 1580 liters, Systec offers more than 70 different types of steam sterilizers respectively laboratory autoclaves.

The new, improved generation of Systec H-Series autoclaves comes in a new design, with a fully revamped interior and a completely new touchscreen control. The combination of new features guarantees higher work precision, easier maintenance of devices, shorter and more efficient process times.

In addition, the new autoclaves come with an Ethernet port as standard and optional Wi-Fi hardware to optimize updating processes, remote maintenance, and remote control of the devices via a computer network. An integrated USB port allows the automated export of documentation data in CSV or PDF format. The expanded internal memory also allows storage of up to 10 years of documentation data, eliminating the need for separate documentation and archiving programs. The integrated documentation function is also interesting from a regulatory point of view, because the new Systec H-Series generation thereby automatically fulfills a key requirement of the FDA Regulation CFR 21 Part 11. Additional features of the series also serve to satisfy regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, such as automatically distributed, tamper-proof signatures for generated PDF and CSV files, and the tracking of all actions, adjustments, and alerts using AuditTrail.

Systec Mediaprep, media preparators (culture media preparator and sterilizer) in 7 different sizes (from 10 to 20 liters) built as autoclave solely for culture media production which is optimized for preparation, sterilization and sterile filling of sterile liquid media (e.g. Agar culture media, Peptone Water and buffer solutions or other sterile liquid media).

Systec Mediafill, filling device for dosing and filling of microbiological culture media in Petri-Dishes with a diameter of 35mm, 60mm and 90mm for up to 220, 440 and 660 Petri-Dishes as well as for Bi-Plates, Tri-Plates and for dosing and filling of liquid media into test-tubes.

The autoclaves are successfully used in research as laboratory autoclaves as well as in production as industrial autoclaves (e.g. as production autoclave in the pharmaceutical industry or the food industry) for more than 25 years.
